This course equips school leaders with proven strategies to address declining enrollment in government schools. Through real case studies from Nagaland, participants will learn how leaders like Ma'am Kekuodenuo and Sir Thinoneisie Lhousa successfully reversed enrollment decline by leveraging community engagement, School Management Committee (SMC) mobilization, and home-based mentorship models. By the end of the course, participants will be able to design practical, community-centered approaches to rebuild trust, strengthen family-school partnerships, and ensure sustainable student enrollment.
